Detention
If you’re delayed at a shipper or receiver beyond the agreed time, we can request detention pay by communicating with the broker and submitting the required information, so you’re compensated for the time spent waiting.
Invoicing
Our invoicing support includes creating invoices after delivery, reviewing rate confirmations and proof of delivery, submitting invoices to brokers, and organizing paperwork to help keep payments on track.
Note: Payment timing depends on the broker. We assist with invoicing but do not guarantee broker payment.
Broker Credit Checks
Before we book a load, we check the broker’s credit so you’re not stuck chasing payment. If the broker doesn’t look right, we move on, simple as that.
